Frequently asked questions
- Is my text really never sent anywhere?
- Really. Corrections run locally. The only thing that ever goes out is a practice prompt, and only when you press the button that says so.
- Which model does it use?
- Gemma 4 E4B by default. Any model you have in Ollama can be picked instead.
- What if it changes what I meant?
- Press ⌥⌘Z and your original comes back. A correction that looks nothing like what you wrote is refused rather than pasted.
- Does it work in Teams and Slack?
- Yes, and in the browser versions too.
